• Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, accessories, and original packaging must be fully intact and included with the return.
  
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, intimate goods (such as underwear and swimwear), and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  

Refund Information

• Processing Time: Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned package, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  
• Refund Method: Funds will be issued back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal). Please note that it may take an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
